72% Dark chocolate mousse (Ebene-Ecuador, Venezuela, Grenada, Ghana)
- Taste note: touch of vanilla, woody notes and hint of bitterness take you on an adventure through Venezuela’s patchwork of mountains, forests and salt water lakes.
65% Smoky dark chocolate mousse (Santarem-Papua New Guinea, Ghana)
- Taste note: smoky, dark tobacco, blending with botanic hints, reminiscent of powerful green teas.
43% Milk chocolate mousse (Mahoe-Grenada)
- Taste note: Yellow fleshed fruit, cocoa intensity, French toast
