By using the cookandwaiter.com.au website (“the Website”) and/or services provided by Cook and Waiter, or otherwise providing Cook and Waiter with your information, you consent to Cook and Waiter collecting, holding, using and disclosing your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.

How Cook and Waiter Collects Information and What Cook and Waiter Collects

- Engage Cook and Waiter to provide you with a service;

- Enter a contest or other trade promotion; or
- Visit the Website or social media accounts operated by Cook and Waiter.

- When you subscribe to a list, engage Cook and Waiter to provide a service, or enter a competition, Cook and Waiter may collect your name, address, date of birth, nationality, email, phone number, or other information you disclose to Cook and Waiter;
- When you visit the Website or view Cook and Waiter’s social media accounts, Cook and Waiter may collect statistical information which analyses your online and offline preferences, habits, movements, trends and other information for statistical purposes.
When you visit the Website or download any information from it, our Internet Service Provider makes a record of your visit and may record the following information:

- Your domain name;
- The date and time of your visit to the Website;
- The pages on the Website that you visit;

The Website contains links to other websites and Cook and Waiter is not responsible for the privacy practices adopted on other websites.

While we make every effort to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that the personal information you voluntarily share with Cook and Waiter through the Website could be accessed or tampered with by a third party. You agree that Cook and Waiter is not responsible for any intercepted information shared through the Website without our knowledge or permission. You agree to release us from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of such intercepted information in any unauthorised manner.
Cook and Waiter will use your personal information for the purpose in which you provided us with it. For example, if you subscribe to the Cook and Waiter mailing list, we will then use your personal information to send you emails.
