Originating in France some thirty years ago, Diner en Blanc is a chic picnic gathering three thousand guests in a secret location each year. All guests are elegantly dressed in white and are seated under the stars to wine and dine from our premium picnic hampers.
A two-day conference for over three thousand guests at Carriageworks for the industry giant, Google. We created a crowd-pleasing experience that included Japanese inspired Poke bowls, Lebanese falafels, healthy salad stations and Texan smoked beef brisket.
THE fundraising event of the year for the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation, the Gold Dinner has raised millions of dollars since inception in 1997. Nobu and Bistro Guillaume curated the menu for the event at Fox Studios and our team of chefs executed the menu for the elite crowd of five hundred guests.
The team collaborated with Josh Niland to create a surprise culinary journey for a very prestigious dinner. Josh hales from saintpeter and fishbutchery and is the first ever Australian to receive the prestigious jamesbeardaward for his cookbook. Guests were delighted by a menu which included tuna eye crisps, smoked eel and beetroot donuts and swordfish bacon bone sauces. The room was an ode to the ocean designed by Team Event and featured sea creatures frozen in time in ice and hanging fish skeletons.
